1- In a pan, Add chicken and the boiling ingredients in water then boil it for 30 minutes.
2- Take the chicken out of the water and leave it on a side to cool down. Chop it into small pieces without skin or bones.
3- To make the sauce, Melt some butter in a pan then add the flour while mixing quickly until you get a ball of dough.
4- Add the chicken- boiling water "after draining" to the flour and butter gradually until it turns into creamy sauce.
5- Place the sauce on a side after adding the chicken pieces to it.
6- Paste a tray with some oil, and then foil it with a layer of cling film.
7- Add the chicken and the sauce then cover it with another layer of cling film then put the tray in the freezer for two hours.
8- Chop the chicken evenly then dip it in flour followed by eggs followed by Boksmat.
9- Fry the chicken in hot oil until you get the chicken golden.
10- Serve it with the dipping
