Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 300 g Minced Meat
  • 1/2 cup Drenched Egyptian Rice
  • vegetable oil
  • garlic powder
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • pinch of mixed spices
  • pinch of black pepper
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • pinch of salt

Final Coating

  • pine - or roasted almond

For White sauce

  • 4 cans yogurt
  • 1 cup Butter Milk
  • 4 tbsp. Corn Flour
  • 1 tbsp. tahini
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • salt
  • 1 cup Zucchini boiling stew

For flavoring

  • 2 Spoon olive oil
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 2 Spoon Chopped Green Coriander
  • 2 Spoon Mint

Preparation

1- Fry onion and garlic in oil then add the meat and cook it well.

2- Add the herbs and the rice.

3- Stuff the zucchinis with the pervious mixture then assemble them in the pan.

4- Add some water and a cube of chicken stew to it then place the pan covered on the cooker then cook it half way.

5- Mix the white sauce ingredients then put it in a pan on the cooker

6- Cook it for a bit while mixing

7- Add the stuffed zucchinis to the white sauce combined with a cup of zucchinis boiling stew.

8- Cook it for 5 minutes,

9- Before serving, Fry the flavoring ingredients then add it to the zucchinis and pine
