1- Mix flour with sugar and anise seeds then add the milk.
2- Melt the butter then add it to the mixture.
3- Knead it to get nice dough.
4- Leave the dough for 30 minutes to rest.
5- Spread the dough then Shred it using pasta shredder to get long strips of dough.
6- Create some nodes along the strips by Gathering the the strips then twist them for a bit
7- Cut the strips were the nodes are then deep fry them.
8- Sprinkle them with semsem and lines of honey.
