1- For Mohalbya: In a pan, add the cream and starch then mix them until the starch gets dissolved.
2- Add the milk and keep mixing.
3- Place the pan on the cooker and cook it until the mixture becomes thick.
4- Using one spring roll slide , cut a small strip of it (we will use it later)
5- Add some Mohalbya in the middle of the slide
6- Gather the edges of the slide then seal them like the shape of parcel using flour and water mixture
7- Tight using the spring roll strip that we left it earlier
Deep Fry them
8- Decorate it using honey
