Ingredients

Topping

  • chocolate
  • thick cream

Dry Ingredients

  • 2.1/4 cup SHABORA - grounded
  • 1 tbsp. baking powder

In Blender

  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • pinch of Vanilla
  • 4 piece Kiri cheese

Decoration cream

  • 1.1/4 Stick Butter - room temperature
  • 1 cup sugar - powder
  • 1/4 cup cacao - powder
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • Red Mulberry

Preparation

1- Mix all the liquid Ingredients in the food processor for 1-2 minutes.

2- Add the dry ingredients to them

3- You can add Hershey and nuts if you like.

4- Paste the mold with some oil then pour the mixture in it.

5- Bake it in 170 C oven "lower part" for 15 minutes then roast the upper part.

6- For decoration, beat the butter until it gets smooth.

7- Add sugar then carry on with beating 
8- Add cocoa powder then mix it all.

9- Melt the Gonash then apply it on the surface.

10- Decorate it with chocolate and berries
