Dressing

  • 3 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 170 g yogurt
  • 1/2 cup chick peas - boiled
  • 1 tsp. garlic
  • 1 tsp. ginger
  • 2 Red Pepper - hot
  • salt
  • 1 lemon juice

Spices

  • 1 Spoon paprika
  • 1 tsp. Gram masala - or mixed herbs
  • 1 Spoon coriander - roasted grounded coriander
  • salt
  • 1/2 lemon juice

Vegetables

  • 1 sweet pepper - chopped large cubes
  • 1 eggplant - chopped into slices
  • 1 yam - chopped into slices
  • 1 Marrow - chopped into slices
  • 1 potatoe - chopped into slices
  • 4 mushroom - chopped into halves
  • broccoli - Small bit
  • cauliflower - Small bit

Preparation

1- Spread the seasoning over the vegetables

2- Thread vegetables onto the skewers

3- Place them in a 200 C0 oven  for 40 minutes

4- Serve it with rice
