1- Mix the meat, herbs, parsley and crushed pine then shape it using hands or machine.
2- chop the Aubergine into thin slices and sprinkle it with salt
3- Heat up the grill - we recommend thick one –after brushing it with oil
4- Roast the Aubergine from both side then put the meat in he grill.
5- Get the bread ready
6- Spread layer of Homous on the bread followed by meat followed by 3 slices of Aubergine or the way you like.
7- In lines , add pomegranates syrup , TAHENA
8- Add onion ring , Rocca leaves and meat as you like
