1- Mix biscuit with butter and place with bit of pressure in the cheese cake mold that already brushed with oil (size 20 cm)
2- Mix cheese, sugar and cream in electrical beater until you get creamy texture.
3- Spread it in the mold and place it in the freezer for 15 minutes
To prepare Carmel
4- In a pan add water and sugar then place it on the cooker ... steer it until it gets caramelized without getting burnt.
5- Add butter then cream and salt and keep steering.
6- After it cools down (May be you need to add more cream )
7- Spread it over the cheese cake
8- Decorate it with pecan and place it back in the fridge
