Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 2 indomie - roasted in oil

Vegetables

  • 2 cup Red cabbage - thin slices
  • 2 cup cabbage - thin slices
  • 2 sweet pepper - colored and chopped into slices
  • 1 head spring onion - small

Sauce

  • 1/4 cup soya sauce
  • 1/4 cup Sumatra Hot Sauce
  • 2 Spoon white vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. semsem oil
  • 2 tbsp. honey - you can increase the amount if you like
  • pinch of Garlic powder
  • pinch of Fresh Ginger
  • pinch of black pepper
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp. somsom

Preparation

1- fry the indomie then drain it out of oil

2- Mix the vegetables  then crash one of  the indomie

3- Mix the sauce

4- Before serving spread the sauce over the vegetables and mix it

5- Crash the second indomie on the top
