1- In a fry pan. Add oil, tomatoes and green pepper and mix it all well.
2- Add garlic, oregano and salt and mix then we leave on a side until it cools down.
3- Roast the toast and spread the labanh on it followed by 1 tsp pesto and the roasted tomato sauce.
4- Note if your pesto contains garlic you can skip the garlic in the sauce.
