1- Mix all the ingredients apart of water using the hand until the butter and chesses get melted.
2- Add cold water then mix it gently then cover it use cling film and leave it on a side.
To start , divide the dough into pieces
3- Spread the dough then cut it into circles that is bigger than the mould size.
4- Brush the mould with oil and place the dough in it with a nice press using your fingers.
Bake it in a 2000 c
5- For filling, add the chocolate and the cream in the microwave and shake it the put it in the mould
6- Decorate it by berries and chocolate balls
