Ingredients

  • 1 packet Pugh pastry - slices
  • Cream of chocolates - Spreading

Stuffing

  • 1 cup Vermicelli - crashed smoothly
  • 2 Spoon Butter
  • 1/3 can sweetened condensed milk

For chicken coloring

  • almond - zest

For Pastry roasting (brushing)

  • 1 egg yolks
  • 1 tbsp. liquid milk
  • pinch of Vanilla - or honey

Preparation

1- In a fry pan, melt the butter 
2- Add Vermicelli until it caramelized, Add the concerted milk and mix then leave it on a side. 
3- Cut the dough in two halves
4- Spread chocolate on the dough
5- Add the filling 
6- Roll it in a shape of rolls (cylinders)
7- Put them in a tray that already has butter paper in it 
8- Mix the topping and brush the rolls 
9- Spread the almond zest
10- Bake it for 20 min (the lower part of the oven)
11- Then roast it to give it bit of colour

12- Decorate it with chocolate
