1- Fry onion with MAKBOS paste and the rest of the chicken boiling ingredients and chicken. -Apart of the rice-
Cook it until the color of the chicken gets changed
2- Add water and salt and keep it until the chicken gets well cooked
For the seasoning “DAKOS”
3- In another pan, fry garlic in oil then add tomato puree and the rest of the seasoning ingredients and leave it on the cooker until it gets thick and creamy
For rice seasoning “FILLING
4- Fry onion until it gets Sami caramelized then add the rest of ingredients mix it well and put it on the side
5- Roast the chicken after brushing it with the chicken coloring mixture.
6- Drain the rice then Cook it and before it gets ready add the filling, Turn the cooker down and leave it until it gets ready.
