Ingredients

  • 5 piece eggplant - chopped to small pieces, and grilled or fried in the oven
  • 2 carrot - chopped into very small cubes, and fried in the Air Fryer
  • 2 sweet pepper - colored Rumi pepper chopped into very small pieces
  • 1 cup Nut - crushed

Pepper grilled sauce

  • 2 red peppe - chopped into slices and grilled in the Air Griller
  • 2 Red Pepper
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • pinch of salt
  • pinch of black pepper
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 lemon juice

Preparation

1- Mix the sauce, pour it on the vegetables, and mix them together one hour before serving time.
