Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 1.1/2 cup groats
  • 1/2 Kilo shrimp - fresh, frozen or dried (or chicken fillet)
  • 3 tbsp. oil
  • 1 head onion - chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic

Spices

  • 2 Dried Lime
  • 2 stick cinnamon
  • 5 piece cardamom

Powdered Spices

  • black pepper
  • mixed spices
  • salt
  • Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tbsp. tomatoes puree
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 2 Tomatoes - finely chopped
  • 1 Chili Pepper

For Serving

  • egg - nuts, fried onion

Preparation

 1 -Roast crushed wheat until brown and then wash it and drain.

In a pot, add oil, onion, garlic, spices (seeds and powder), and stir.

2 - Add tomato paste, tomatoes, and pepper. Toss until tender.

3- Add the shrimp and let it cook.

4 - Add the crushed wheat and hot water. let it cook like rice, and serve when the water is absorbed.
