In a food processor:
1- Mix coriander, chili pepper, garlic, olive oil and lemon juice. pour over the chicken.
2- Add seasoning (paprika, cumin, and salt) stir occasionally then set aside.
3- Make the avocado sauce. Scoop the flesh of the avocado, squash it and squeeze some lemon.
4- Add yogurt. Sprinkle black pepper, garlic powder, and salt.
5- Sauté chicken over a high heat until cooked, then set aside.
6- In the same frying pan, add pepper, oil, 2tbsp olive oil and sprinkle paprika, black pepper, salt. Stir until tender.
7- Add the chicken to the same frying pan, spread avocado sauce, and jalapeno slices.
