Ingredients

  • 2 large eggplant
  • 3 tbsp. oil
  • pinch of salt
  • pinch of black pepper

Topping

  • 4 tbsp. pomegranate molasses
  • pomegranate seeds

Stuffing

  • 300 g labaneh
  • 1/2 cup Nut - roasted and crushed
  • 2 clove garlic - minced
  • 1 tsp. Mints - dried

Decoration

  • labaneh - diluted with yogurt
  • olive - Stuffed

Preparation

1- Cut the eggplants into thin slices then add the salt and black pepper. Spread the oil, grill until well browned on both sides. When it completely cool, fill it and then roll it up. 

 

2. Spread the topping and decorate it with labneh and olives.
