  • 2 cup Short Grain Rice
  • 3 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 head onion - finely chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic - minced
  • 1.1/2 cup peanut butter - fresh or iced

Spices

  • Turmeric Powder
  • black pepper
  • 2 Chili Pepper
  • 1/2 cup dill
  • Chicken Stock - or beef broth

Preparation

1. In a saucepan, add the oil, onion, garlic and spices. Cook until onion translucent.

2. Add the spices, salt, dill, and beans. Stir for a while.

3. Add chicken or meat broth and water. Let it cook for 10 minutes.

4. Add rice and pepper. Cook on high heat and then simmer then let it dry.
