To making the dough:
1- Mix the dough ingredients either by hand or a stand mixer.
2- In the bowl, put in the water, sugar, yeast and oil. Mix them together by a spoon until the sugar dissolves.
3- Add in half of the flour quantity and salt then mix by the stand mixer for 2 minutes. As the time set ends, add in the rest of the flour gradually. Mix until the dough is soft and elastic and doesn't stick to hand. Cover it and let it rise.
To making the topping:
4- In a heated pan, drizzle the olive oil, put the onion, the chicken and the seasoning. Stir for a little while then cover the pan so the chicken cooks.
5- After that, add in the bell pepper and stir for 2 minutes then remove the pan from the heat.
To making the sauce:
6- Bring all ingredients together in a blender and blend them.
Shaping and Baking:
7- Line the baking pan with oil then sprinkle the thyme.
8- Roll out the dough then move it to the baking pan. Trim the excess edges.
9- Spread the ready pizza sauce or ketchup. Then top with the topping, jalapeño and sauce.
10- Place the pan in a preheated oven at 240°C for 20 to 30 minutes.
