Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • Vanilla
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup liquid milk

Topping

  • 4 Kiri cheese
  • 1/2 can evaporated milk

Stuffing

  • 1 tsp. brown sugar - Mix together a tablespoon of cinnamon, brown sugar and cocoa powder. You may add coarsely chopped walnuts to the mix if you wish
  • 1 tsp. cacao
  • 1 tsp. Nut - chopped

Dry Ingredients

  • 2 cup flour
  • 1 tbsp. baking powder
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon

Toffee

  • 1 cup sugar - In a blender, blend 4 squares of cheese and 1/2 a can of condensed milk.
  • 1 Spoon water
  • 1 can thick cream
  • piece Butter

Preparation

1- Mix the eggs, vanilla and sugar with a hand mixer for about 4 minutes until the mixture thickens and become creamy like.

2- Now add in the vegetable oil and mix to incorporate it to the mixture. In a separate bowl, mix the baking powder with the flour and salt then add them in as mixed to the mixture along with the milk.

3- Pour half of the batter in a large baking pan. Sprinkle the filling on. Then pour the other half of the batter. Put the baking pan in a preheated oven at 180°Celsius for 30 minutes.

4- Cool the cake and spread the topping first then the toffee. Garnish with pecans and walnuts.
