1- Mix the eggs, vanilla and sugar with a hand mixer for about 4 minutes until the mixture thickens and become creamy like.
2- Now add in the vegetable oil and mix to incorporate it to the mixture. In a separate bowl, mix the baking powder with the flour and salt then add them in as mixed to the mixture along with the milk.
3- Pour half of the batter in a large baking pan. Sprinkle the filling on. Then pour the other half of the batter. Put the baking pan in a preheated oven at 180°Celsius for 30 minutes.
4- Cool the cake and spread the topping first then the toffee. Garnish with pecans and walnuts.
