1- Sprinkle in the black pepper and salt to the eggs and beat them.
2- Sauté the marrow and bell pepper in 2 tablespoons of olive oil for 2 minutes.
3- Add in the tomato and spinach along with a pinch of black pepper and salt. Stir until fully cooked, then remove the pan from the heat.
4- In the same pan, pour some oil, Then pour in the beaten eggs.
5- Cook both sides until done. Finally, place the fried eggs on a serving dish and place the vegetables over.
Serve the dish with toasted bread.
