Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 1 packet Bucatini pasta - 400g
  • 1 can Red pasta sauce - 425g
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. garlic
  • basil
  • pinch of black pepper
  • pinch of salt
  • water
  • flour

Spices

  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

To make meatballs

  • 300 g Minced Meat
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tbsp. Minced Parsley
  • 2 tbsp. Boksmat
  • 1/2 onion - minced

Preparation

1- Mix meatball ingredients and make on balls
Dip in flour .
2- Drizzle oil in a pan, fry the meatballs  in oil and then remove from the pan.
3- In the pan, put oil and add tomato paste, water, basil, salt and black pepper and cook for 2 minutes.
4- Put the meatballs back and simmer for 15 minutes.
5- Cook pasta in water, oil and salt. Serve the meatballs over the pasta.
